Location: Office-based

Hours: Part-time – 22.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri. Afternoons)

Salary: £12.31 per hour (TBC, depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
*Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently
*Handle courier deliveries and collections, including packaging goods securely
*Build strong product knowledge and communicate promotions to customers
*Upsell associated products and create engaging social media posts
*Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
*Maintain and update customer databases and ensure timely invoicing
*Act as the first point of contact for calls and visitors
*Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
*Provide admin support and help maintain the warehouse
