Job Description:
Credit Controller – Lowestoft – £27,000 – 30,000 (DOE)
If you’re looking for a Credit Control role where you can really take ownership and build strong relationships with customers, this could be a great fit. You’ll join a friendly, growing business in Lowestoft and become an important part of their finance team.
You’ll work closely with Account Managers and customers, helping to keep accounts up to date and ensuring the company’s credit policy is followed.
What you’ll be doing
• Opening new customer accounts and agreeing sensible credit terms
• Keeping a close eye on overdue accounts and working with customers to resolve issues
• Reviewing customer terms regularly to make sure they’re still appropriate
• Producing weekly aged debtor reports with clear notes and actions
• Joining weekly meetings with management to review aged debt
• Processing Direct Debit runs
• Building positive, long-lasting relationships with customers
