Job Description:
Futures is looking to appoint a Paint Sprayer for a rapidly growing manufacturing business. This role plays a key part in the final stages of manufacturing, where precision, consistency, and pride in workmanship really matter. The successful Paint Sprayer responsible for delivering a high-quality finish across a range of products, helping ensure everything leaving the facility meets exacting standards.
The Role
*Preparing components for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting surfaces.
*Operating spray-painting equipment to apply coatings evenly and to specification.
*Monitoring finish quality throughout the process, carrying out checks and addressing any imperfections.
*Looking after spray booths, tools, and equipment, keeping everything clean, safe, and in good working order.
*Working in line with health & safety procedures and quality guidelines at all times.
The Ideal Candidate
*Proven experience in a paint spraying role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
*A sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to high-quality finishes.
*Confidence using different spray techniques, materials, and equipment.
*Ability to read and follow technical drawings, instructions, and product specifications.
*A reliable team player who can manage their time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
