About the Role
Our Client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join a fast-paced friendly family run business in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is AAT Level 3 qualified (or equivalent) and looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
*Managing supplier statements and reconciling accounts
*Assisting with bank reconciliations and month-end procedures
*Preparing and posting journals
*Supporting credit control and accounts payable functions
*Maintaining accurate financial records and spreadsheets
*Assisting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc finance tasks and reporting
*Working multi-currency and experienced in Dollars / Pounds and Euros
*Experienced in Exports
About You
*AAT Level 3 qualified (or actively studying)
*Use of SAGE
*Previous experience in an accounts or finance assistant role
*Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
*Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software
*Well organised with the ability to meet deadlines
*A positive, team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
