RG consultancy are delighted to be assisting a health care provider in their search for an accounts assistant, to join their small team of five in a varied role. This position has come about due to growth within the business, so there is scope to learn and develop within this position.
Duties include:
*Payroll processing
*Processing supplier invoices
*Matching and coding invoices
*Filing invoices on the system
*Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any queries
*Bank reconciliation
*Liaising with management when required
*Assist senior finance members with day to day accounts duties
*Providing cover when necessary
