Superb opportunity for an experienced Litigation Legal PA to join a medium-sized law firm IN London working for a high profile Litigation Partner. Salary to £50k + benefits. Hybrid working.
The role is particularly varied, interesting and includes extensive diary management, travel arrangements (he has international clients as well as UK), speaking with clients on a regular basis, preparing and amending documents, processing invoices, helping to prepare documentation for trials and hearings, supporting marketing with bids, assisting with arranging events, plus generally supporting the Partner in all his work.
The Partner sits on the Management Board and much of his work is therefore of a highly confidential nature. He also deals with HNW clients so discretion is very important.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and will therefore require excellent communication skills. A high degree of accuracy is also important, together with good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
