IFA Administrator – Boutique Wealth Firm (West End, London)
Salary: £32,000 – £38,000
We’re working with a boutique, client-focused wealth management firm in the West End who are looking to hire an experienced IFA Administrator to support a small team of advisers.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be heavily involved in day-to-day client administration and adviser support, with genuine exposure to the full financial planning process.
Key responsibilities:
*Preparing and processing new business across pensions, investments, and protection
*Liaising with product providers, platforms, and clients
*Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
*Assisting advisers with valuations, illustrations, and policy queries
What they’re looking for:
*Previous experience in an IFA or wealth management environment
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident communicator with a professional approach
