About the Role: * Position: Teaching Assistant

* Location: Congleton, Cheshire

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

* Contract: Full-time

You will be working closely with class teachers to support learning across the primary age range, providing both academic and emotional support to pupils. The role includes working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 and small group basis.
The Ideal Candidate Will: * Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant in primary schools

* Have a strong SEN background (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties)

* Be adaptable and confident working across multiple year groups

* Have a caring, patient, and proactive approach

* Be able to work effectively as part of a school team
