The Job:
*Processing sales invoices
*Credit control using both written and verbal communication
*Dealing with queries
*Liaising with internal staff and customers to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
*Posting and allocating payments to accounts
*Other ad hoc duties as required
The person:
*The successful candidate will have credit control/sales ledger experience
*You will be proactive with good investigative skills
*You will be customer-focused with the ability to communicate well with both internal and external customers
