Recruitment Consultant - Scientific Temps
Location: Reed Cambridge - Scientific Temps, Unit 7, CC7, 8 Clifton Court, Clifton Road, Cambridge CB1 7BN
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (after induction)
Salary: £26,000-£35,000 per annum (DOE) + uncapped bonus
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday
Contract: Permanent
About the Role Are you passionate about recruitment and excited by the scientific sector? Join our growing team at Reed Cambridge as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in placing candidates into temporary and contract roles across the UK.
This is a brand-new position created due to strong growth in the scientific temporaries market. You’ll have the opportunity to build a successful desk within an established, high-performing team, supported by an existing client base and excellent market demand.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
*Use sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract new business and strengthen existing relationships.
Candidate Attraction & Selection
*Write engaging job adverts, network, headhunt, and use social media to attract candidates.
*Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with client requirements.
