Internal Sales/ Estimator (Graduate / Junior) – Engineering

An established engineering business in Greater Manchester is looking to recruit a Junior / Graduate Internal Sales Engineer to support its growing customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career within technical sales and engineering.

The RoleAs a Junior Internal Sales Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers and the wider sales team. You’ll receive full training to help you understand the products, applications, and customers, with clear progression opportunities as your experience grows.


Key Responsibilities*Supporting incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
*Preparing quotations with guidance from senior team members
*Learning to advise customers on suitable engineered solutions
*Capturing basic technical and commercial requirements
*Assisting with order processing and coordination through to delivery
*Working closely with sales, admin, and technical teams
*Developing product knowledge and commercial awareness over time


What We’re Looking ForThis role is open to graduates, trainees, or junior candidates with an interest in engineering or technical sales. Backgrounds or qualifications may include:
*Engineering, mechanical, or technical degrees (or equivalent)
*Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
*Internal Sales / Sales Support / Sales Admin (junior level)
*Interest in engineered products such as components, parts, or assemblies
