A specialist school in Reading is offering an exciting opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to work closely with pupils who face social, emotional, and mental health challenges. This role bridges academic theory and real-world practice, making it an excellent foundation for future postgraduate training.
In this Psychology Graduate role, you’ll support pupils with needs such as Autism, ADHD, anxiety, SEMH, and trauma-related behaviours, helping them build confidence, emotional resilience, and engagement with learning.
You’ll gain experience in:
*Applying psychological principles in an educational setting
*Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
*Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils
*Assisting with personalised support plans and interventions
*Working alongside SEN teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams
Role details:
*Location: Reading
*Pay: £89-£100 per day
*Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
*Start: ASAP
*Contract: Long-term
