ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a HR Caseworker on a 6 month contract.
The Role:
*Experience analysing complex information from multiple sources, with keen eye for attention to detail.
*Experience using government policy to make decisions.
*Experience working to strict policies and procedures
*Ability to clearly articulate and justify decisions based on policy.
*Experienced working to tight deadlines in high pace and sensitive operational environment.
*Previous Casework Experience.
Requirements:
*Experience of problem solving.
*Stakeholder Management.
*Good knowledge of Data Protection.
*Demonstrates excellent communication and written skills. understanding of English, especially written.
*Competent with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PP, Excel, Teams etc.).
*Exposure to graphic/disturbing material and stories. Requirement to discuss up front with candidates to ensure they are resilient and ok with this.
