Are you ready to take ownership of driving online growth across multiple markets? We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale direct-to-consumer (DTC) and marketplace operations in the UK and key European regions.

The Role:
Own the local E-Commerce strategy – You’ll be responsible for everything that happens in your market, from planning to execution.
Drive demand planning with high accuracy and align with group targets.
Create and deliver impactful sales campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Develop marketplace operations – a strategic growth pillar for the business.
Work closely with partners and dealer networks to ensure seamless Click & Collect experiences.
Enhance customer experience by supporting service teams and reducing contact rates.
Support operational excellence, including order and inventory management.
The Person:
3+ years’ experience in E-Commerce (DTC or marketplace).
Knowledge of email and affiliate marketing.
Familiarity with E-Commerce and CMS platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sitecore a plus).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
A proactive, "can-do" attitude with creativity and flexibility.

This is a remote role with occasional travel to site.
