Business Development Manager – (Healthcare SaaS)
Location: Belfast (Hybrid) | Permanent

The Role
You’ll be responsible for driving new customer acquisition across our core healthcare platforms. This is a true new business role, focused on identifying, qualifying and converting new logo opportunities.
You’ll work closely with senior sales leaders to:
*Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects
*Understand clinical and operational challenges
*Position TM3 and e-clinic as strategic solutions
*Support demos, proposals and deal progression
*Represent ClearCourse Health at industry events
You’ll develop deep knowledge of our products and healthcare verticals while progressing toward full BDM ownership of deals.
What You’ll Bring
*Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets (software or tech preferred)
*Strong consultative selling skills
*Confidence engaging with clinical, operational and commercial stakeholders
*CRM experience and structured sales approach
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Self-motivated, organised and commercially driven
Healthcare experience is a plus — but not essential.
