Job Description:
This role leads end-to-end recruitment whilst partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hires while managing candidate experience, sourcing strategy, and ATS accuracy. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll use data, market insight, and strong stakeholder relationships to drive effective hiring decisions, improve processes, and support wider talent initiatives.
Client Details
Our client is a large, purpose-led, global consumer business with a strong UK presence and a well-established employer brand. Operating across multiple corporate and commercial functions, the organisation is known for its collaborative culture, focus on sustainability, and commitment to developing high-quality talent.
Description
*Deliver end-to-end recruitment for senior-level roles, managing the full lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding.
*Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, partnering closely to understand requirements, guide best practice, and ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
*Drive direct sourcing and headhunting strategies, using LinkedIn and alternative channels to build strong, diverse talent pipelines.
*Own the candidate experience and ATS management, ensuring timely communication, accurate records, and a professional, engaging process throughout.
*Use recruitment data and market insight to inform stakeholders, track performance, and support continuous improvement across hiring processes.
Profile

*Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner credibly with senior hiring managers and HR leaders.
*Demonstrated direct sourcing and headhunting capability (LinkedIn and alternative channels), not reliant on applications alone.
*Plug-and-play mindset - able to hit the ground running in an interim environment with minimal hand-holding.
Job Offer
*Day rate via payroll or umbrella - equivalent to £40,000 - £45,000
*Hybrid working: 2 days on site in Chiswick, with flexibility the rest of the week
*Interim role with a genuine intention to go permanent
*Opportunity to step into a visible, business-critical role with strong stakeholder exposure
*Supportive, collaborative environment with scope to make an immediate impact
