Customer Services Manager | London City (on-site) | £38,000

My client, a well-established provider of luxury serviced office space, is looking for a Customer Services Manager to join their team in their London City centre. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee day-to-day Centre operations, lead a small team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.

Role and Responsibilities: *Lead the Centre team to deliver consistently high customer service standards
*Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met
*Oversee day-to-day building operations, ensuring the Centre is always well-presented, safe and running smoothly
*Manage customer renewals and support retention across the Centre
*Conduct tours for prospective clients and promote the Centre effectively
*Support team development through regular coaching and performance management
*Ensure compliance with all operational and health & safety procedures
Essential Skills: *Experience in a customer-facing, commercial environment
*Previous team leadership or management experience
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident, proactive and able to remain calm under pressure
*Good IT skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Package: *£38,000 salary
*25 days holiday
