Responsibilities As an Engineering Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple departments, including:
*Shop Floor Operations
*Assembly
*Despatch
*Stores
*Inspection
You will be trained to perform a variety of tasks and gain a comprehensive understanding of the engineering processes within the aerospace industry.
Qualifications We are looking for candidates who:
*Are motivated and eager to learn
*Possess a strong work ethic
*Have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Aerospace Engineering
No prior experience is necessary, as we are committed to providing full training to the right candidate.
Day-to-Day Your daily activities will vary as you rotate through different departments, allowing you to:
*Gain hands-on experience in assembly and shop floor operations
*Learn about quality inspection processes
*Assist with despatch and stores management
*Develop a well-rounded understanding of the aerospace engineering workflow
You will work closely with experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout your training journey.
