NET Recruit are partnering with a high-growth international services business to recruit a Head of Finance in the Whiteley area.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this position, your duties may include, but are not limited to:
*Leading the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, providing clear commercial insight to senior management
*Designing and maintaining a tax-efficient group structure, working with external advisors to optimise compliance across multiple jurisdictions
*Overseeing international billing and multi-currency transactions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with local regulations
*Ensuring all statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements are met across UK and overseas entities
*Acting as a hands-on finance leader, developing and mentoring the finance team while embedding a culture of accuracy and accountability
*Driving continuous improvement across financial controls, processes, and operational efficiency
*Working closely with senior stakeholders, operations, and IT to enhance financial systems, improve automation, and support international growth
*Managing payroll, HR-related finance processes, and transactional finance activities
*Building strong relationships with banks, tax advisors, auditors, and other external partners
What You Will Need to Apply:
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) with strong post-qualified experience
*Demonstrable experience operating in international or multi-entity environments, including cross-border billing
*Proven ability to manage and implement tax-efficient financial strategies
*A reputation as a credible and commercially minded finance leader
*Strong technical accounting knowledge, with exposure to financial analysis and strategic decision-making
*Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
*Strong systems and IT capability, including Microsoft Office and modern finance platforms
*Experience overseeing payroll and core transactional finance processes
