Shift Details
This is a full-time role with 37.5 contracted hours per week, with shifts available between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.
Rotational shifts: Days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support.
We also offer sessional/bank hours, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

You’ll be supporting adults across our Preston supported living services, where people live independently in their own homes or self-contained apartments with support tailored to their needs.
In Preston, Lifeways supports people with:
*Learning disabilities
*Autism
*Physical disabilities
*Acquired brain injuries
*Mental health needs


Our Preston services offer:
*Modern, comfortable environments
*Access to local shops, cafés, restaurants and transport links
*A strong sense of community and connection within the city


Daily activities vary widely and may include:
*Personal care routines
*Meal preparation and household tasks
*Supporting with appointments
*Social activities like music sessions, crafts, cinema trips, bingo, football or walks
*Encouraging independence, confidence and self-expression
