Job Description:
GEM Partnership are excited to be working with a new client on an exclusive basis to support them with staffing solutions, A world class global manufacturer they are looking to recruit into the Production team, they are a proud employer of choice and offer a range of career opportunities, as a Production Operative you will be based in their Cleanroom and be responsible for carrying out controlled manufacturing processes.
Duties
*Good communication skills and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
*Basic level understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
*Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
*Good organisation and time management skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to work as part of a team
*Create a positive working environment by promoting the core values
*Adhere to the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), health and safety (H&S), and health and wellbeing
*Ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and all other governing/legal requirements
*Ensure individual continuous development to improve personal and organisational performance
*To undertake any other duties appropriate to the level of the post, as required
*Ability to communicate effectively and build working relationships within teams
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*The ability to achieve targets and personal objectives
*A positive outlook with the ability to work under pressure and to work flexibility to meet business requirements
Required knowledge, skills or experience
*Previous experience of a manufacturing environment.
*Experience of a clean room environment.
*Experience of measuring and monitoring quality.

Hours of work:
Continental Shifts – 12 hours days & Nights
Rates of pay:
£14.51 per hour
