The Finance Business Partner will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge, and support decision-making across the business. This role goes beyond reporting, acting as a trusted advisor who helps drive commercial performance, improve profitability, and support strategic objectives.

We are supporting a business in central Warrington as they are doubling in turnover over the next 2 years and bringing in some additional extra heads to take them to the next steps in the progression of the business.
Description
*Partner with senior leaders and budget holders to provide financial guidance and challenge
*Deliver timely and accurate management information, forecasts, and budgets
*Analyse financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends
*Support strategic planning, investment appraisals, and business cases
*Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
*Monitor and review cost control, margins, and KPIs
*Support month-end processes, including variance analysis and commentary
*Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting
Profile
*Part Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
*Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or commercially focused finance role
*Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling skills
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Ability to influence, challenge, and support at senior level
*Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
