£25,000 - £27,000 (Dependant On Experience)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are working with a well-established Birmingham-based legal team is looking for a Property Litigation Paralegal to support a busy and respected litigation practice. This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility, exposure to high-quality work, and the chance to grow alongside experienced solicitors.
The Role:
* Assisting with a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, and lease issues
* Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles
* Managing files from instruction through to resolution
* Conducting legal research and liaising with clients, courts, and counsel
* Keeping cases on track with strong organisation and attention to detail
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as a paralegal in property litigation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence juggling multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in property law
