Role: Senior Family Law Solicitor
PQE: 7 - 10
Hybrid working: Yes (1 day work from home)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Practise area: Private Family Law

Our client are a leading boutique firm based in Birmingham looking to take on a Senior Family law Solicitor to join their family team.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a broad range of experience and knowledge in all areas of family law as follows:
What the role involves
*Advising on all matters relating to Family Law including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation disputes, children and domestic violence, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements whilst complying with LEXCEL requirements
*Mentoring and leading junior lawyers within the team
*Assisting one of the Directors with their caseload as and when required
*Building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional client service
