The Role

Reporting to the Chairman, this is a role offering extraordinary autonomy, scope and potential for a genuine business leader processing strong general management, sales, marketing and business development skills. Enjoying full P&L responsibility, your key tasks will include developing and implementing the company’s commercial and NPD strategy, capitalising on significant new market opportunities and ensuring that realistic profit and growth objectives are met.

The Person

This is a hands-on role calling for an experienced commercial/general manager with the excellent communicator and leadership skills required to deliver outstanding commercial and operational results.

Experience of the broad electronic sensor/control products sector would be advantageous but is not essential.

Above all you will need to demonstrate success at growing a dynamic technology business in a fast moving, price and quality conscious sector. Personal credibility, vision, drive and enthusiasm are essential.
