Role
As a Director, you’ll lead the charge in driving Deal-based Operational Transformation and Value Creation programs for PE and Corporate clients across a range of sectors. This includes delivering results across:
*Operational Due Diligence (ODD)
*Synergy Reviews
*Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
*Separation and Carve-Out Planning
*Divestment Support
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an accomplished professional with:
*Experience: A blend of consulting and industry expertise (10+ years)
*Proven Impact: Hands-on deal experience across a range of projects (pre- and post-deal).
*Functional Mastery: Deep knowledge in ODD and/or synergy review, PMI, and carve-outs.
*Stakeholder Expertise: Demonstrable CxO-level management skills and strong engagement with Private Equity and Corporate clients.
*Versatility: The ability to navigate and excel in fast-paced, high-stakes transformation scenarios.
*Commercial Acumen: A proven track record of business development and maintaining a strong professional profile.
