Job Description:
Workplace Experience Coordinator (Temp)
£15 p/h (more for an exceptional candidate) | 18th February - 6th March (possible extension)
City of London | 9:00am - 5:30pm
We’re seeking a proactive Workplace Experience Coordinator to provide front-of-house cover alongside facilities, operations, and events support within a values-led, people-first organisation focused on climate change.
The Role:
*Reception and front-of-house cover
*Day-to-day facilities management and vendor coordination
*Support onboarding and welcome new team members
*Assist with internal events and team engagement
*Ensure health, safety, and security compliance
*Provide responsive support to employees and visitors
*Keep the workplace welcoming, vibrant, and fully operational
About You:
*2+ years’ experience in Workplace Experience, Facilities, Office or Community Management
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident managing vendors
*Comfortable using workplace systems and digital tools
This role will also suit candidates from Office Manager or Community Management backgrounds who enjoy creating a great workplace experience.
