Joinery - Project Manager
Salary - £50k - £60k
Location - Leicestershire
Overview
Support the General Manager and joinery team to deliver effective and efficient projects to our client base. You will oversee all aspects of joinery projects, from planning, design, development, pricing, procurement and delivery, ensuring adherence to company timelines, processes, budgets, and quality standards, whilst maintaining GPM targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
*End to end project management
*Follow and meet division and company timelines and processes.
*Ensuring the shopfloor have all the correct information and materials on time
*Developing detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, as well as managing resources, risks, and timelines.
*Leading on projects
*Working as part of the wider joinery team and supply chain to deliver effective and efficient projects
Client Liaison:
*Maintain and build relationships with existing and new clients.
*Excellent communication with clients
*Advise clients on joinery specifications, guide project choices, and manage client expectations throughout the project.
Progress Reporting:
*Providing regular progress reports to senior management and clients, including budget updates and any potential delays or challenges.
Problem Solving:
*Identifying and addressing potential issues or problems, and implementing solutions to ensure the project stays on track and runs smoothly
Budget Management:
*Monitoring and managing project costs, ensuring they remain within budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
