Job Title: Account Executive – Corporate Insurance
Location: Redhill (Hybrid – 50/50 split)
Salary: up to £65,000

Role Summary:
The role blends client servicing with growth, supported by a dedicated business development team. No anchor days, with client visits counting as office time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts: Build trusted relationships across all classes of insurance
• Lead client servicing and renewals: Supported by a team of experienced handlers
• Support business growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in an organically growing book
• Act as strategic advisor: Represent the firm with high-end clients across the South of England
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment: Work from a growing Redhill office
Requirements:
• Strong commercial or corporate insurance background
• Experience managing medium-to-large clients (mid-market to global)
• Able to lead client relationships confidently and independently
• Exposure to all classes of insurance across commercial risks
