Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for more ownership and growth?
Are you a driven ACCA/CIMA PQ/Finalist/NQ eager to step up and manage?
A striving London based Branding & Communications Agency is looking to recruit a Senior Management Accountant to join their growing finance team. You will be working alongside 2 other Management Accountants taking the lead and driving the team.
As a Senior Management Accountant, you’ll be part of a collaborative finance team, responsible for accurate monthly and year-end management accounting. You’ll combine strong technical skills with a proactive, relationship-led approach, working closely with teams across the business.
*Prepare monthly and year-end management accounts, analysis and reporting
*Deliver variance analysis and monthly commentary
*Support management reporting and ad-hoc analysis
*Ensure month-end close, reconciliations and compliance with IFRS and group guidelines
*Manage accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
*Oversee intercompany recharges and resolve queries
*Prepare monthly flash, actuals and statutory returns (VAT, P11D, PSA)
*Support audits, budgeting and forecasting
*Improve systems, processes and controls (ERP systems)
The Person*Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills
*Strong IFRS and internal compliance experience
*Great P&L and balance sheet knowledge
*Proactive, organised and comfortable working in fast paced environment
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
