Sales Manager (Aviation / MRO)
£60,000 - £65,000 + Progression + Training + Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + Car Allowance + Private Healthcare + Company Technology Package
Remote / South of England
Are you experienced in an MRO setting and are now looking to join a rapidly growing group that offers an exciting role with excellent opportunities to build on your sales skillset?
Do you have experience in dealing with high net worth individuals, and commercial fleet businesses, and are now looking for a varied role that will see you travelling across the world, and offering a performance related bonus and a car allowance?
This company was established over two decades ago, and as of the past five years, a wider group with 200 employees. The group now consists of six facilities across the UK, which offer MRO and FBO services.
Focusing on strategic acquisitions, the company are looking to grow their market share further across the UK and Europe.

The Role:
*Work in a sales team of four others, spearheading the sales aspect of the group
*Primarily be focused on fostering existing relationships, but also work to onboard new clients
*Travel across the UK and abroad, visiting client sites
*Represent the group at trade shows, conferences and exhibitions, working to grow the overall identity of the company
*Collaborate with marketing teams to support the creation of customer-facing bid documents and proposals
*Manage the MRO sales pipeline, customer visit schedules, and provide weekly sales activity reports, reporting to the Business Development Manager
The Person:
*Experience in an MRO setting
*Experience in being client facing
*Willingness to travel
