Job Description:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals for the position of Children’s Support Worker. If you have a passion for caring for vulnerable children and young people and you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you:
Location: Horsham
Payrate : £13 - £17
Key Requirements:
*Driving License: Full UK driving licence required
*Eligibility: Right to work in the UK
*Experience: Minimum of 6 months paid childcare experience in the UK
*Enhanced DBS on the update service
*Experience working with children & young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviour
*Excellent written and verbal communication, clear and effective communication skills
Responsibilities:
*Provide care and support to vulnerable children & young people
*Handle emotional and behavioural difficulties with empathy and understanding
*Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
*Ensure the safety and well-being of the children & young people under your care
*Maintain open communication with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
