Audit Senior - Private and Listed Clients
Ambition is working with one of the most respected firms in the region to recruit Audit Seniors for their growing audit team. This role is ideal for a recently qualified auditor who wants to develop their experience and progress in a supportive environment.
About the Role
You will work on a varied client portfolio, including corporate, listed, and owner-managed businesses across multiple sectors. The role involves working closely with Managers, Directors, and Partners in a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
*Act as the first point of contact for clients on day-to-day matters.
*Assist in planning, execution, and completion of audits for manager or partner review.
*Lead and coach junior team members during fieldwork.
*Prepare high-quality audit work and reporting, highlighting issues and proposing solutions.
*Monitor progress against budgets and address variances.
*Identify areas for improvement in client processes and prepare Audit Findings Reports.
*Support business development by identifying additional service opportunities.
Requirements
*ACA / ACCA / CA qualification or equivalent
*Experience leading audits from planning to completion in the UK
*Right to work
