The Role... As an Internal Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment internally for the business (no external clients)

* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring plans

* Source, screen, and interview candidates across graduate and experienced roles

* Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process

* Build talent pipelines for future growth

* Track hiring activity and performance against clear targets
