Payroll Manager
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000
Contract: Permanent
Location: Warwick
Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office
The Role
This is a hands-on Payroll Manager position within a busy, well-structured bureau environment. You’ll manage end-to-end payroll delivery for a diverse client portfolio while leading and developing a capable payroll team.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team
*Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing for multiple clients
*Ensure accuracy, compliance, and high service standards
*Act as a key client contact, resolving complex payroll queries
*Drive continuous improvement and best practice across payroll operations
What They’re Looking For
*Proven experience in a payroll bureau / multi-client environment
*Strong end-to-end payroll knowledge
*Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
*Organised, proactive, and hands-on leadership style
*CIPP qualified or working towards (support available)
