Salary £27,000 + Commission
Office Based – 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

We are currently looking to recruit for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team in Camberley. We are looking for candidates who have got a confident telephone manner and enjoy building strong relationships over the phone. This role will be a busy and varied role where you will be supporting a team of Consultants and assisting them with their daily workload. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent. You’ll play a key role in building candidate pipelines, managing job boards, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Key Responsibilities
*Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and social media
*Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate pre-screening calls
*Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
*Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
*Engage passive candidates and promote roles effectively
*Support recruiters with interview scheduling and coordination
*Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages


Skills & Experience
*Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition (preferred but not essential)
*Strong research and sourcing skills
*Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
*Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
*Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in people
