Salary:£60,000 – £70,000 DOE + 15% Annual Company Bonus

Overview
A fast-growing automotive brand is expanding its UK operations and seeking a highly capable Senior Sales Strategy & Network Performance Manager to define, drive, and deliver the national sales strategy.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape performance direction, oversee retailer network KPIs, and lead a national training function consisting of three direct reports. This role is suited to an experienced OEM professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is commercially sharp, and enjoys influencing retailer performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Performance
*Own all retailer performance levers, including variable margins, scorecards, and escalation processes.
*Develop and communicate the national sales strategy through written updates, videos, and live webinars.
*Analyse composite reports and retailer performance data to identify financial opportunities and operational gaps.
*Produce weekly/monthly and ad-hoc reporting for senior stakeholders with accurate, clear insights.
Retailer Network Engagement
*Build and maintain strong relationships across the UK retailer network.
*Conduct visits to key retailer partners to ensure strategic alignment and gather actionable feedback.
Training Leadership
*Manage a team of three professional sales trainers, providing direction, setting objectives, and reviewing performance.
*Oversee the development and delivery of the national sales training suite.
Operational Management
*Act as primary point of contact for external suppliers, including management of tender processes and contract renewals.
*Continually review and refine KPIs to reflect strategic needs.
*Support senior leadership with additional strategic projects as required.
Requirements
Experience
*5+ years at an automotive OEM in a network-facing, performance-focused role.
*5+ years’ experience with franchised dealer networks.
*5+ years’ experience in motor vehicle manufacturing or OEM environments.
*Strong understanding of dealership operations and commercial structures.
Skills
*Strong relationship-building skills at all organisational levels.
*Proven ability to manage suppliers and external partners.
*Excellent people-leadership skills with examples of managing successful teams.
*Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
*Able to manage multiple projects while adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
*Resilient under pressure with high initiative and accountability.
*Fluent in English; full UK travel flexibility required
