Role: Telesales Executive
Location: Pudsey, LS28
Salary: £27,000 pa, with a realistic OTE of £34,000 pa - uncapped
Hybrid: 1 day per week after probation

Our Client is looking for a confident, results driven Telesales Executive with a passion for performance and a proactive mindset to join their busy sales team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in driving sales through a mix of business to business cold calls and warm leads — no two days are the same. This isn’t your typical telesales position — our client is building a dynamic, motivated team where ambition is recognised and high performance is rewarded.

Key Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive:
*Proactively engage in B2B cold calling to establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers across the UK, including follow-up on warm leads.
*Identify potential sales opportunities through effective questioning and analysis of historical data available via the CRM.
*Present tailored solutions that help clients streamline compliance management, save time and money, and contribute to carbon reduction where applicable.
*Offer transparent and value driven recommendations, clearly communicating the benefits of transitioning to a managed service solution.
*Conduct all sales and customer interactions in full compliance with company policies, procedures and GDPR regulations.
*Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
*Manage customer accounts, including handling renewals and identifying opportunities to upsell additional service lines where appropriate.
*Collaborate with the field sales team to assist with customer queries, tenders, quotations and bid support.
*Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for meetings, sales and revenue.
*Ensure accurate and complete recording of customer interactions and sales data within the CRM system to meet quality standards.
