The Role: * Deliver tailored tuition in core subjects (English, Maths and/or Science)

* Support children in home, school, or alternative provision settings

* Build positive, trusting relationships with students

* Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs

* Provide regular feedback on progress and engagement

The Ideal Candidate: * Experience tutoring or teaching children or young people

* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

* Ability to engage and motivate learners with additional needs

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

* Degree or relevant teaching/tutoring qualification preferred
