*Activity Planning: Developing engaging activities based on the specific interests and therapeutic needs of the young people.
*Care Management: Implementing individual care plans and using positive behaviour management techniques to manage risks.
*Professional Excellence: Maintaining high standards in line with National Care Standards and coordinating with the wider care team.
What we need from you To be successful in this application, you should:
*Have minimum 1 year previous experience working in a care setting with young people.
*Demonstrate an understanding of legislation, behaviour management, and attachment theory.
*Possess strong communication skills (experience with non-verbal children is a plus).
*Hold a full driving licence.
*Ideally hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or be willing to work towards this with our support).
*Be registered (or eligible to register) under the PVG scheme.
Ready to make a difference? If you are passionate about helping young people reach their full potential, don’t delay.
Apply now and a member of the team will be in touch for an informal chat to take your application to the next stage.
