We’re supporting a growing organisation that is looking for a driven, analytical and ambitious newly qualified accountant to join their high-performing finance team as a Finance Analyst. What You’ll Be Doing
*Producing monthly P&Ls and owning balance sheet reconciliations

*Partnering with operational teams to understand performance, risks and opportunities
*Enhancing reporting tools and driving automation using Excel/BI solutions
*Contributing to wider finance projects, including system improvements and investment modelling
*Assisting with audit and year-end processes
What We’re Looking For
*Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Confident Management Accounts skills
*Analytical skills; the ability to tell the story behind the numbers
*Confident communicator who enjoys working with stakeholders across the business
*Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a bonus
*Someone proactive, organised and eager to learn
*A continuous improvement mindset
