Job Description:
We are currently partnering with a well-established employee benefits consultancy to hire an experienced consultant into their corporate consulting team. The role is based in Manchester and offers a hybrid working model, with regular time spent in the office to support collaboration and development.

The Role
*Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate healthcare and/or protection clients, providing strategic advice and ongoing consultancy support.
*Oversee renewals, market reviews, and benefit design, ensuring solutions are aligned to client objectives and budgets.
*Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, broaden service lines, and contribute to sustainable portfolio growth.
*Work closely with internal specialists and service teams to ensure a high standard of delivery and client satisfaction.
About You
*Strong experience within healthcare and/or group risk consulting.
*Commercially minded, with confidence around fees, value articulation, and client conversations.
*Comfortable managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser.
*Technically sound, with a good understanding of benefits products and processes.
*Organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload effectively.
