Senior Recruiter/Business Manager - Reed Bristol (Property, Construction & Social Housing)
Location: Castlemead, Lower Castle St, Bristol, BS1 3AG
Driving: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle required
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3-4 days in the office, 1-2 days from home)
Full office-based working during induction
Salary: £30,000-£45,000 DOE + £2,000 car allowance (at manager level)+ uncapped bonus
Contract: Permanent, full-time (Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours)
About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Senior Recruiter/Team Leader/Recruitment Lead/Business Manager with experience in the Property & Construction sector. You will work alongside or lead our existing team specialising in white-collar roles within Property & Construction and the Social Housing sector, with views to fully take on management of the team at some point.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on existing client contracts, especially within the social housing sector, but also further grow this specialism in this very buoyant market. Come on board to grow with Reed as we make huge waves in the market.
What You’ll Be Doing *Grow your own desk, win new business, and maximise revenue through effective client and candidate management.
*Build strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
*Attract high-quality candidates through adverts, headhunting, networking, and social media, maintaining a strong talent pipeline across Property, Construction, and Social Housing.
*Leadership opportunity for the existing team of 4 recruiters now, or in the future.

What We’re Looking For *Proven experience in agency recruitment (essential)
*Ideally, experience within Social Housing or the Property & Construction sectors
*Previous lead recruiter/management experience preferred but not essential - we very much welcome applications from strong Senior/Principal Recruiters ready to step into leadership
*A self-starter with a solid billing history and the drive to grow both the team and your own desk
