HR Administrator – Hybrid – Doncaster
Salary: Up to £32,711
Location: Doncaster (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time
Simon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions are proud to be recruiting for a well-established organisation seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support a busy and professional HR function in Doncaster.
This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone with strong HR administration experience who enjoys working at pace, supporting Senior HR Business Partners and ensuring HR processes run smoothly across the full employee lifecycle.
The role
*Prepare Statements of Main Terms of Employment and contract amendment letters
*Ensure all new starter documentation is completed, including contracts, references and right to work checks
*Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records within the HR system
*Liaise with Payroll weekly regarding starters, leavers and contractual changes
*Produce HR correspondence including disciplinary, grievance, absence and appeal letters
*Handle incoming calls for Senior HR Business Partners and relay clear, accurate messages
*Provide general administrative support to the wider HR team
*Support recruitment activity by assisting with internal and external vacancy advertising
*Provide cover for other HR Administrators as required
*Carry out ad-hoc duties to support the HR Business Partner
Skills and experience
*Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a busy HR team
*Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
*Accurate keyboard skills with excellent attention to detail
*Experience using HR and/or Payroll systems
*Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage changing workloads
*Positive, flexible and proactive approach
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team
*Professional communication style with confidence engaging at all levels
