This role blends traditional management accounting with advanced data analysis. You will work closely with operational and commercial teams, transforming complex data into meaningful insight that drives performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Include
*Produce monthly management accounts and cost centre reporting
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
*Use SQL to extract and analyse large datasets
*Build automated reporting and performance dashboards
*Analyse operational and commercial drivers (utilisation, margins, efficiency)
*Provide insight for pricing, investment, and operational decisions
*Support year-end audit processes
Skills & Experience
*Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
*Strong management accounting background
*Advanced SQL and Excel skills
*Experience with large datasets; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) desirable
*Analytical, commercially aware, and confident communicating insights

The successful candidate will be a curious, data-driven finance professional who enjoys solving problems, challenging assumptions, and turning numbers into actionable insight. Experience in managing or mentoring a team is advantageous.
