Job Description:
Job Title: Sales Support Advisor (Quotes Chaser)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
Pay: £12.71 + commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contacting customers to follow up on outstanding or inactive quotes
- Understanding customer needs, concerns, or reasons for delay
- Providing clear information, reassurance, and solutions to help progress quotes
- Encouraging customers to proceed while delivering excellent customer service
- Updating internal systems accurately with call outcomes and next steps
- Working closely with sales and customer service teams to maximise conversions
- Meeting individual and team performance targets
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and professional approach
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, telesales, or quote follow-up preferred
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable using CRM or internal systems
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
