EA / Team Assistant – Leading Investment Bank
On-going temporary role, with potential to convert to permanent
Near St Pauls & Farringdon
Office-based 5 days per week
£40-42k per annum equivalent
8am – 5pm, with flexibility

This is an incredible opportunity for an EA / Team Assistant with stable, corporate experience over the past few years, who is polished and confident, to take this next step up.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
*Diary and calendar management
*Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
*Managing high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner
*Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs across multiple locations
*Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including: Visa applications, International flight and accommodation bookings and car bookings
*Expense management and preparation
*Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
*Supporting teams in day-to-day issues, needs and queries
*Providing phone / holiday coverage for colleagues

WHO YOU ARE:
*You must have experience of working as a PA / Team Assistant within a professional environment, for the past 2-3 years
*Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
*Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
*Able to prioritize a variety of time-sensitive tasks
*Demonstrate dependability and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task
*Display a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on phone and by e-mail to various levels
*Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels, internally and externally
*Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment
*Flexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams
*Be resourceful and able to use own initiative in solving issues
*Pro-active attitude when managing diaries
*Discretion to deal with confidential business matters
*Friendly and approachable with can do, muck in attitude.
