Job Description:
Finance Manager
A growing business based in Oakham is looking to appoint a hands-on Finance Manager to support and strengthen its finance function. This is a key No.2 role, reporting into the Group Financial Controller, with broad responsibility across day-to-day finance and month-end delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
*Day-to-day management of the finance function
*Monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow)
*Forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
*Payroll and VAT
*Stock and balance sheet reconciliations
*Deputising for the Group Financial Controller
Requirements:
*Proven experience in a hands-on Finance Manager or Management Accountant role
*Background in a stock-based environment
*Strong management accounts experience
*Sage 50 experience essential
*Payroll experience
*Comfortable in a fully on-site role
Details:
*Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
*Full-time, permanent
*On-site, Monday–Friday (8:30am–5:30pm)
