Reed Accountancy are delighted to be supporting a Leeds-based business in their search for a Legal Biller to join the team as soon as possible. This is a full-time interim role for approximately 6–7 months and offers hybrid working. In this position, you will play a key role in overseeing and delivering accurate billing processes across multiple currency platforms.
Duties:
*Prepare and manually review Work in Progress (WIP) reports across multiple currencies
*Manage ad hoc billing and finance queries
*Generate and validate invoices
*Monitor e-billing accruals
*Post disbursements to client matters
*Reconcile payments received into the bank and coordinate suppliers
*Produce Fee Earner Time Reports and analyse trends
*Complete profitability reports for key clients
You will need to demonstrate:
*Previous experience in legal billing, e-billing and finance operations
*Strong understanding of WIP and billing cycles
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Able to start immediately/at short notice
*Experience using Law Fusion (desirable)
