Reed Accountancy are recruiting for an immediately available Accounts Payable Assistant to join our international client based in Crawley. This role will initially be on a temporary basis and is expected for a minimum of 2-3 months, however could well be longer.
Due to the temporary nature of this role, the ideal candidate needs to be available immediately. This role will be based full time in their offices, there is free parking on site and they are easily accessible by public transport.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Inputting all Accounts Payable invoices for multiple sites.
*Managing intercompany invoices.
*Processing multicurrency invoices.
*Scanning and filing all invoices.
